Film Program

East Hollywood offers many types of film classes—horror production, music video production, cinematography, editing, and video game design, to name a few.

We teach special effects makeup, and our "student favorite" class is blood & guts! We also have classes of makeup genre styles—such as scars and bruises—all the things that go with filming.

Every other year, our school produces a feature-length film. The production is run like a regular film set—where kids have to apply for jobs and positions, etc.
